This year, the course will open on Wednesday, 2 September and remain open for three days, until Campus Party on 4 September, when the Campus Party Disc Golf Open 2026 starts at 18:00. During Campus Party week, TalTech’s beautiful campus will be transformed into an exciting disc golf course, and everyone is welcome to take part.

Exchange your Campus Party afterparty ticket for a wristband during the day at the main building lobby in the main building's courtyard  (Ehitajate tee 5) – this can be done starting from 12:00 AM.

• 12:00–17:50 Main building lobby

After 17:50, the wristband can be redeemed in front of the main building, but by this time you might have to wait in line.

• 17:50–02:00 in front of the Main Building

❗️❗️❗️ Students purchasing a ticket should be prepared to show proof of their discount when redeeming their wristband (ISIC student card or login to the academic information system OIS and display of student ID number).

❗️❗️❗️ Wristbands will be issued only to the ticket holder, which means that after validating your ticket we will immediately put on your wristband.

Here’s what to do:

• Bring along a book from home that no longer brings you joy and add it to the book exchange

The Pentathlon Estonian World Championships of the Student Organizations of Tallinn University of Technology is here once again! Like last year, the student organizations of TalTech will, as a part of the Campus Party, once again compete against each other in the pentathlon!

In this spectacular competition, we will determine the fastest and smartest student organization. The competition consists of challenges which are entertaining in nature and will be announced on site. All TalTech student organizations are welcome to register.

Some very simple, but very important rules:

• Each team must consist of five members, no more and no less
• Each team must have at least one woman
• Each organization can send up to two teams to the competition
• Each team must wear a "competition uniform" by which their organization can be recognized. Hoodies, flags, hats, bikinis, socks - everything is welcome!

NB! We kick off the new season of the Rector's Cup with the pentathlon, and the winner of this event will bring the first points to their faculty!

Have you visited the archive of TalTech? At the campus party, there is an exceptional opportunity to do so!

While the university looks to the future, the University Archives is where preserved documents tell the story of its past. Old file covers bear the name “Tallinn Polytechnic Institute”, while records from the administrative office reveal that the library was once located on Lai Street and the Schools were scattered across the city.

Old student files are a treasure trove in their own right: tucked between the covers of one of them, you may even find a diploma issued by Heidelberg University in the 1930s. We also have what might be called a vintage study information system from the pre-war period – a large-format book weighing several kilograms and containing student records. And thanks to the archives, we know that the Rectorate once discussed whether a television had been thrown from the roof or from a window on the top floor of a student residence …

The University sends its most valuable documents on teaching and research to the National Archives of Estonia, but we retain copies of diplomas. This enables many former students, even those living as far away as Australia, to obtain confirmation of their studies. We have plenty to show you!

In addition to our own records, we also preserve the archival collections of many other educational institutions as a result of changes in the education landscape and mergers between institutions.

The Tallinn University of Technology Archives are located on the ground floor of the former library (now the Student House), in room STU-120.

Visits are free of charge, but advance registration is required.

Student caps can be purchased at a discounted price twice during the academic year – on Blanket Day before the Tipikate March to Toompea (February 24) and at the Campus Party. So stop by the main building on September 4 from 2 PM to 6 PM and get your student cap for the discounted price of €20. 

The right to wear the student cap is granted to every Tallinn University of Technology student, alumnus, council member, employee, emeritus professor, associate professor, as well as honorary members, professors, and doctors.

Wearing the student cap is recommended at the following events:

• Tallinn University of Technology's Anniversary Ceremony – September 17th;
• Student Union's birthday – September 29th;

You bring your coursemates together, and we’ll take care of the rest – helping you find a suitable room, arrange catering and deal with any practical matters on site.

During Campus Party, the Alumni Centre will provide your group with:

• a room suitable for the size of your group;
• room booking;
• assistance with catering, if needed;
• directions to help group members find the right room on the day of the get-together;
• great photos taken by the university photographer;

TalTech Assembly Hall will come alive with beloved film music as the evening programme of Campus Party opens with the spectacular Inventors’ Song and Dance Celebration: Film Music Special. The programme features well-known and much-loved melodies from a variety of films.

TalTech’s cultural groups will take to the stage: singers from all of the university’s choirs, the brass orchestra, and the folk dance ensemble Kuljus, adding the beauty of dance to the evening. The concert’s soloist is the acclaimed singer and musical theatre star Hanna-Liina Võsa. The concert’s artistic director is Kuldar Schüts, conductor of the Academic Male Choir of Tallinn University of Technology and the Engineers’ Male Choir.

The Inventors’ Song and Dance Celebration is part of TalTech Campus Party. The daytime programme of Campus Party is free for everyone, while the ticketed afterparty begins at 18:00 with the Inventors’ Song and Dance Celebration: Film Music Special.

TalTech’s men’s basketball team will welcome Keila Basket for its first pre-season game of the season. The game will take place at the TalTech Sports Hall, starting at 6:30 PM and admission is free for everyone.

Thanks to popular demand, Rene Pauli’s Piano Bar will open its doors again at the Campus Party. This is a unique pop-up piano bar where the setlist is created by the party guests. 

Write your song request on a sticky note, attach it to the piano, and that will become the next song. All requests are welcome, from Sinatra to Espresso Macchiato.

At the piano is Rene Paul Allkivi, a TalTech alumnus in Business Information Technology. Already during his university years, Rene was an active promoter of student life: he founded the legendary Tipikas Sauna Marathon, worked as a producer in the Film Club, and organized parties at the student bar Pööning. For one evening, he is back at the university. Get your song request ready and meet us by the piano! 

Archive and library visited? Pentathlon completed? Then head to the inner courtyard, where for the JOOGI-JOOGA (Drink-Yoga) will take place for the second year in a row!

Joogi-jooga is a fun and accessible warm-up for the grand Afterparty of the Campus Festival! Following the instructor’s lead, we will together take on simple yoga poses while enjoying a refreshing drink – no prior yoga experience or special workout clothes is required. 

Participation in Joogi-jooga is FREE, but please note that this year entry to the Campus Festival grounds from 18:00 onwards is only with an Afterparty wristband. When registering, you can also choose a supporter ticket - all proceeds from the event will go to support university students and their projects!

Deep within TalTech’s hidden corners, in the dusty walls of the former professors’ bar, the Wave Lab comes alive – a hideout of electronic music only for those who know where to knock. It is a space where logic loses gravity and all frequencies intertwine into one – a rhythm that resonates straight through the core of the body.

This year's frequency engineer is DJames.

Seek the shadowy door. Listen to the bass. And if you find your way to the Wave Lab, tell no one – this place lives only for those who listen. 

The representative teams of the TalTech Sports Club 2026/2027 season will officially make their debut to the public at Academician's Alley. 

You will have the chance to witness men's basketball, women's and men's volleyball, men's and women's table tennis, as well as the cheerleaders teams.

All team members will be introduced individually, and there will also be an opportunity to have informal conversations with the members of the representative teams.

For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of those attending the event, all visitors must comply with these Rules
of procedure and other requirements set by the event organiser.

1. ACCESS TO THE EVENT

1. Access to the event will be granted with a wristband, which shall be checked at the entrance. Pre-sale 
tickets must be exchanged in advance for a wristband.
2. The territory of the afterparty is fenced and from 6 PM open only to those with an event wristband.
3. You have to be at least 18 years old to attend the afterparty – if you look youthful you will need to present 
your ID, driving license, ID card or passport, if necessary.
4. Persons with obvious signs of intoxication whose behavior may disturb other guests will not be admitted to 
the event area.
5. Security sta shall have the right to screen the items in the possession of visitors (including the contents of 
bags, pockets, etc.) at the entrance. Those who refuse security checks will not be allowed to the event.

2. THE FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE TERRITORY OF THE EVENT:

1. food and beverages (including alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages);
2. glass, metal, plastic or other containers (except a soft plastic water bottle) which contents or breakage may 
endanger the safety of people;
3. Items that may endanger (due to the shape, material, measurements or breakage of the item) the safety of 
the person or others or obstruct viewing the event or the trac of visitors at the event;
4. narcotic drugs; pyrotechnics; flammable, toxic, or radioactive substances, lubricants, strong odors and 
other substances of unclear composition;
5. cold and firearms;
6. roller skates, bicycles and skateboards;
7. pets;
8. persons who try to enter the party area with prohibited items, alcohol, etc., will lose the right to participate 
in the event and their wristband will be removed.

3. THE SECURITY GUARD SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE FROM THE TERRITORY 
AND SURRENDER TO THE POLICE ANY PERSON WHO:

1. is being disruptive;
2. violates the procedure rules of the event;
3. does not comply with the orders of the organiser or the security sta;
4. is clearly under the influence of alcohol and whose behavior disturbs other visitors;
5. consumes alcohol, that is purchased outside the party area;
6. the person who has been removed from the event will lose the right to re-enter the venue and his/her 
ticket will not be refunded.

4. THE VISITOR IS OBLIGATED TO:

1. follow the rules of the venue;
2. behave properly and adhere to generally accepted standards of morality;
3. maintain cleanliness and place garbage only in designated places.

TalTech has developed the Good Practice of Environmentally Friendly Events, focusing on sustainable approaches to catering, water usage, materials and decorations, waste management, transportation, energy efficiency, and consideration for the surrounding environment and community.

In line with these principles, we ask Campus Party attendees to keep the following in mind:

• We recommend arriving and departing by public transport (including night buses) or using light vehicles like bicycles. Bikeep racks and regular bike parking with personal locks are available on the university campus.
• Waste will be sorted at the event. Proper separation of bio-waste, general waste, mixed packaging, paper, cardboard, and returnable containers will be ensured.
• Reusable dishes will be used at the event. Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles and food containers, and at least one-third of the food options will be meat-free.

What is more:

• Wristbands: The wristbands used for the event are made from recycled materials.
• Energy Efficiency: To reduce energy consumption, we have asked both the organizing team and service providers to focus on the efficient use of equipment. Unnecessary devices will be turned off when not in use, and modern, energy-efficient equipment will be utilized.
• Noise and Light Pollution: To prevent noise pollution during the evening afterparty, outdoor speakers will be replaced with headphones, and LED light sources with minimal brightness will be used for lighting.
