09.02.2026 SUBMISSION OF FINAL THESIS DECLARATIONS IN ÕIS
An empty declaration may also be submitted
11.05.2026 – SUBMISSION OF THE DEFENCE APPLICATION IN ÕIS
• Complete the final thesis defence application in ÕIS if you are confident that you wish to defend and will be able to complete the thesis in time, and the curriculum requirements have been fulfilled. You must have previously submitted the final thesis declaration in ÕIS.
• Make sure that the thesis title is the same as in the defence application. Thesis keywords (both in Estonian and English) are mandatory in the defence application!
11.05.2026 – CONFIDENTIALITY APPLICATION (if required)
Institute-specific requirements for theses for which confidentiality is requested.

22.05.2026 – CONFIRMATION OF THE DEFENCE APPLICATION BY THE SUPERVISOR IN ÕIS
22.05.2026 at 17:00 SUBMISSION OF THE MASTER’S THESIS
The Master’s thesis and related documents (digitally signed) must be uploaded in *asice format at innomet.ttu.ee/upload. The container must include:
1. Final thesis (PDF)
2. Drawings (PDF)
3. Public abstract for confidential theses
4. Master’s thesis poster in A2 format

01–05.06.2026 MASTER’S THESIS DEFENCES
The defence schedule will be published on the website no later than one day before the defence
01.06.2026 at 17:00 SUBMISSION OF THE BACHELOR’S THESIS
Bachelor’s theses and related documents (digitally signed) must be uploaded on the Moodle course page. The container must include:
1. Final thesis (PDF)
2. Drawings (PDF)
3. Public abstract for confidential theses
