Tallinn University of Technology's tuition fees for English-taught programmes range depending on the programme. Please find exact tuition fee on the selected programme page. Citizens of the European Union are exempt from tuition fees.

Students from outside the European Union are required to pay tuition fees. However, some programmes offer tuition fee waivers that cover tuition fees for the duration of the whole study period. Tuition fee waivers are limited, vary in number from programme to programme, and are granted automatically to the best candidates based on their DreamApply application.

Please note, tuition fees apply for all students (EU and non-EU citizens) in the School of Business and Governance.

Candidates outside of the European Union who have been accepted for the tuition fee places are requested to pay the first year tuition fee prior to the beginning of studies. For the following years, students will pay based on how many ECTS they register for.
Students from the European Union who have been accepted for the tuition fee places will be charged per semester on the basis of the amount of ECTS registered. To get more information about the tuition fee waivers and other scholarships, please visit our scholarship's page.
