UniveR DID
Universal portable anlyzer (UniveR DID) :
• Testing illicit drugs
• Environmental pollutants
• Explosives or chemical warfare agents in situ, at the place of care
Proof-of-Principle prototype was constructed 2 years ago. Currently team is working to create visual and functional prototype.

Multicopters
The Faculty of Science
Institute of Physics
Multicopter is a device that has more than one rotors. Multicopters are ideal video and image capture platforms for taking photos of non-easily accessible objects and producing 3D models of these objects. Images can be transmitted to the ground via a radio link and video glasses ensure solely video-based control of the aircraft.
Videos or images captured from the air can be used in various areas: film shoots, shooting promotional band videos, capturing aerial photographs, archaeological excavations, research activities, etc.
Many multicopters have been built worldwide, but the price of the aircraft constructed by Veljo Sinivee, Research Scientist of the TUT Institute of Physics, is significantly lower. This fact shows that world-class research is tangible and attainable at TUT.
