TalTech Centre for Digital Forensics and Cyber Security works towards enhancing the competence and ability of Estonian computer security field through education, research and development. The centre is a part of TalTech Department of Software Science.
We also offer a Master's programme in TalTech. The programme provides students with core skills in wide aspects of the security of information systems and specialised skills in the chosen specialisation

First keynote speaker @ ICR2019 - Dr Adrian Venables
Very excited to announce the 1st ICR2019 keynote speaker! Dr Adrian Venables, served in the Royal Navy for 24 years as a Communications, Warfare, and Intelligence officer, now joined as senior researcher at TalTech Centre for Digital Forensics and Cyber Security. His keynote talk is titled: “Silencing the trolls, bots and sockpuppets - countering online disinformation, interference and manipulation”.

2nd keynote speaker @ICR2019 - Dr. Joanna Kulesza
2nd keynote speaker is confirmed! We are really glad to welcome here in Tallinn Dr. Joanna Kulesza, an assistant professor of international law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, Poland. Dr. Kulesza is the author of numerous publications on international Internet law and her research focus is on the intersection of human rights and cybersecurity. Her talk is about: “Human rights in the time of cyber surveillance”. Don't miss out!
